The company provides customers with a variety of international and UK delivery services from leading companies. Parcel2ship does not collect, transport or deliver documents and parcels. Instead, the company use its bulk purchasing power to obtain the competitive and affordable rates for parcel deliveries from courier companies. Savings are then passed onto Parcel2ship’s customers.

Parcel2ship – UK Services
UK next day delivery services with City Link are available through Parcel2ship. Options include next day delivery for documents and parcels weighting up to 15 kilograms for £9.50 plus VAT, as of August 2014. For parcels up to 25 kilograms are £11.00 plus VAT and up to 40 kilograms are £24.95 plus VAT. Next day delivery with City Link is available to most addresses in the UK mainland with the exception of certain outlying areas, such as the Scottish Highlands.
Collection from a sender’s door is available with City Link’s Next Day services, as well as same day collection on working days Monday to Friday for deliveries that are booked by 10:00 a.m. Surcharges apply for all collections from and deliveries to the Isle of Wight and addresses within London’s Congestion Charge Area. Each consignment is covered for up to £50.00, unless additional compensation cover is purchased. All items sent with City Link can also be tracked online.
Next day delivery within the UK is also offered with Parcelforce Worldwide. This service is for documents and parcels weighting up to 30 kilograms and costs £11.35 plus VAT with the Parcelforce Express 24 service. Delivery is possible to most addresses within the UK mainland, with the exception of more remote and outlying areas. Parcel2ship also provides customers with the option to purchase Parcelforce Worldwide’s Express 48 service for two to three day delivery to most addresses within the mainland UK. This service is for documents and parcels weighting up to 30 kilograms and costs £11.35 plus VAT. Delivery to destinations in the UK’s Offshore Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland is £29.99 plus VAT. Generally, delivery is within two to three days.
Parcelforce Worldwide collections are possible from the sender’s address. Parcels or documents may also be dropped off at a local Parcelforce Worldwide depot. Same day collection is available during working days Monday to Friday if booked before 10:00 a.m. All items send with Parcelforce Worldwide may be tracked online and are covered for compensation up to £50, unless additional cover is purchased.
Europe Delivery Services
Parcel2ship uses leading providers of parcel and document delivery services to destinations throughout Europe. Partners include DHL, DPD and Parcelforce Worldwide. Options include DHL’s Road and Express Air services, and Parcelforce Worldwide’s Euro Priority service. Generally, parcels to European destinations weighting up to 49 kilograms may be sent with Parcel2ship’s partners. Parcel2ship arranges parcels to be collected from UK addresses and individual courier services will deliver the item to its destination.
All services include real-time tracking and electronic signatures are required on delivery. Consignments are also covered for up to £50 as standard, unless additional compensation cover is purchased. Delivery to Europe costs from £9.99 plus VAT, although actual costs depend on the service provider, the destination and the dimensions of the parcel. Delivery times also vary depending on the destination.
International Delivery Services
Delivery of documents and parcels sent to Canada, the United States, the Far East, Australia and other countries worldwide may also be arranged with Parcel2ship. International parcel delivery is typically offered for consignments weighting up to 49 kilograms. Delivery is generally with DHL and Parcelforce Worldwide. All items are tracked online and enhanced compensation cover is available for most items.
International delivery is available at discounted prices with options selected by Parcel2ship that provide the best value based on the weight and size of the consignment and the destination from delivery companies. Deliveries to the United States and Canada start at £35.95, while the cost to send a document or parcel to the rest of the world start from £45.95. Actual costs and delivery times depends on the service level selected and the destination. Costs also based on the weight of the parcel.
Parcel2ship Accounts
Senders of more than 100 documents and parcels with Parcel2ship may register for a customer account. Account holders receive 10 per cent discounts on all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom. Although registering for a Parcel2ship allows for discounts to be automatically applied, it does not allow account holders to defer payment. Accounts may be closed by Parcel2ship if members do not send 100 parcels per month.
